Matthias Griesmayr supports Airatransport GmbH in the strategic and operational development of its European transport and logistics business.
With more than 20 years of international logistics experience, Matthias has built an outstanding career across freight forwarding, multimodal transport, commercial management and organisational development.
He began his career with Kuehne+Nagel before holding senior leadership positions at CEVA Logistics and Panalpina. During this time, he established and managed business units with full profit and loss responsibility, led regional commercial organisations and contributed to the development of global logistics strategies.
His expertise spans customer development, carrier procurement, operational optimisation and the design of complex international transport solutions across road, rail, ocean and air freight.
Since 2018, Matthias has advised leading international logistics companies on business strategy, commercial growth, organisational design, market expansion, executive recruitment and mergers and acquisitions.
At Airatransport GmbH, he works closely with the management team to support strategic growth, commercial development and operational excellence, helping establish the company as a reliable and trusted logistics partner across Europe.
